Our hunting areas in South Africa are located across multiple Provinces, allowing us to effectively meet the unique hunting needs of our clients.
We provide hunting safaris throughout the year, as most of our hunting locations do not have seasonal limitations, except for our free-range areas in South Africa.
You book with us: you hunt with us. We welcome non-hunters to partake in this extraordinary experience. Our diverse range of camps caters to everything from romantic escapes for couples who enjoy hunting together to families or friends looking to create unforgettable memories on an African Safari, as we ensure that different groups are never booked together.
We strive to give clients an experience that they will remember to the end of their days, sharing stories around the fire, and creating memories with unknown individuals from faraway places who leave as friends.

Muvhimi was founded by Chris and Sonja Harmse from a shared love of Africa, its wildlife, its people, and the adventures found beyond the well-travelled path.
What began with Muvhimi Buffalo Safaris has grown into something much bigger: three distinct experiences, united by one purpose. Today, Muvhimi brings together exceptional hunting safaris, exclusive eco and cultural journeys, and professional adventure filmmaking.
At the heart of everything we do is a personal approach. We take the time to understand why you are coming to Africa and what you hope to experience while you are here.
